Official information comes via the Administrator. Apartment owners (not tenants) also have access to the Hacienda Cifuentes Apartment Owners Forum where topics are discussed. This portal is password-protected - new apartment owners can apply for access to the Forum via the Administrator. 

There is also a permanent page of Useful Information & Forms for apartment owners - it is a pinned topic at the top of the Forum and within the Documents section of the Ammex App.

The community is overseen by a committee elected annually by apartment owners at the AGM where the budget and objectives are agreed.  Hacienda Cifuentes also has a Site Supervisor and Administrator.  The committee is headed by a President.  Apartment owners can contact the committee via the Administrator.

A Site Supervisor oversees the operation of the community facilities.  

Tenants and holidaymakers should contact their landlord, letting agent or holiday company with questions and to report problems; if necessary, owners can pass issues to the Administrator or Site Supervisor.
